Golden Triangle with Leh

Day 01: Arrival Delhi
On arrival at Delhi airport, you will be received by the Erco Travel's representative who will transfer you to the hotel. Rest in the hotel for some time after a long journey. In the afternoon, there will be a guided sightseeing tour of New & Old Delhi. The places to visit include Lakshminarayan Temple, Parliament House, Jama Masjid, India Gate, Rajghat, Red Fort, etc. Drive past to the famous markets of Chandani Chowk and Connaught place. The overnight stay will be at Delhi's hotel.

Day 02: Delhi - Agra

Taj Mahal - Agra

On the 2nd day of the Golden Triangle with Leh tour, we will take you to the Agra. On arrival at Agra, you will be transferred to the hotel by our representative. In the afternoon, there will be a sightseeing tour of the Taj Mahal, Itmad-ud-Daula tomb, Agra fort, Moti Masjid, etc. Architecture of the forts and tombs are mind-blowing. Stroll in the Agra's market area to shop the beautiful articles, antiques or items made up of marble. Stay overnight at the Agra's hotel.

Day 03: Agra - Fatehpur Sikri - Jaipur
This morning again full of surprises as we will drive to the Pink City -Jaipur enroute visiting the Fatehpur Sikri. Fatehpur Sikri is a ruined city of Mughals. Once it was splendid with beautiful buildings. On arrival at Jaipur, you will be transferred to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 04: Jaipur
On the 4th day of the tour, get ready to explore the city. Visit the Hawa Mahal, City Palace, Jantar Mantar, Jagmandir, Solar Observatory, etc. Also visit the Amber fort by riding on the elephant. Stroll through the streets of the Pink city and see the magical thing that all the houses are of pink color only. Enjoy the Rajasthani dinner with folk dances and music. The overnight stay will be at the Jaipur's hotel.

Day 05: Jaipur - Delhi
On the 5th day, we will drive back to Delhi. On arrival there, you will be transferred to the hotel by our representative for rest after a long journey and overnight stay.

Day 06: Delhi - Leh
This day will be going to be excited as our representative will transfer you to the airport for the flight of Leh. On arrival there, you will be transferred to the pre-booked hotel for rest. The evening will be free for leisure activities or for the purpose of getting acclimatized with the climate of the place. Overnight will be at the Leh's hotel.

Day 07: Leh
7th day will be fixed for the sightseeing tour of Leh. The sightseeing tour includes the visits of Shankar Gompa, Shantistupa and Leh Palace. Overnight will be at the Leh's hotel.

Day 08: Leh - Shey - Thiksey
Do delicious breakfast on the 8th day of the tour and then get ready for the sightseeing tour of Shey, an old summer palace of the Kings of Ladakh. It is famous as it was built around 560 years ago and contains an image of 12 meters high seated Buddha. From there, we will take you to Thiksey, where the monastery is really elegant and located on the hilltop that gives a wonderful view of the whole village. After visiting that, we will proceed on to Hemis which is one of the largest and the most important Gompas in Ladakh. It has an excellent library service with excavated wall paintings of Buddha. In the evening, we will return back to the hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 09: Thiksey - Likir - Alchi
On the 9th day, again there will be an excursion tour of monasteries of Likir and Alchi. There you will be able to see the colossal paintings and clay statues of Buddha. The overnight stay will be at the Leh's hotel.

Day 10: Leh - Delhi
This day will be the last day of the Golden Triangle with Leh tour. After having lip smacking breakfast, you will be transferred to the Leh airport, the highest airport in the world. From there, you will board the flight for Delhi. On arrival at Delhi, you will be again transferred to International airport for flight back home.
